About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Backend Developer who is passionate about building scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications that meet the needs of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs to support various client applications.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
