About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Azure Data Engineer with extensive experience in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT development, Data Warehousing, and Azure Data Platform services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data integration and analytics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Informatica PowerCenter.
- Implement data processing solutions using Azure Databricks and PySpark.
- Collaborate with data architects and stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
- Optimize data workflows and performance across Azure Data Platform services.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Document data processes and maintain best practices in data engineering.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure Synapse.
- Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, ADLS, PySpark, and SQL.
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
