About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Senior Automation Tester with strong expertise in Selenium and C# to join their QA team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, ensuring the high-quality delivery of software products, and mentoring junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automation test frameworks using Selenium with C#.
- Create, enhance, and execute automated test scripts for web and API testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop test strategies.
- Identify, record, and track defects, and work with developers to resolve issues.
- Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices for automation testing.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Selenium and C#.
- Experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Proficient in API testing and web application testing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years in automation testing, with a focus on Selenium and C#.
