About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer with a strong background in Software Development Engineering in Test (SDET). In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of their AI-native identity security and governance platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and testing requirements.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
- Design and implement testing strategies that encompass functional, performance, and security testing.
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in automation testing.
- Stay updated with industry trends and integrate new testing tools and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficient in automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and frameworks like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in automation testing and software development.
