The team is seeking a Senior Associate Site Reliability Engineer to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of critical systems. You will work collaboratively with development and operations teams to enhance system performance and implement best practices in site reliability engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and reliable systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate reliability into the software development lifecycle.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident response efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in site reliability engineering or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and configuration management tools.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in site reliability engineering or a related discipline is required.
