About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Playwright (TypeScript) and automation testing for modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation frameworks for UI and API testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement automation test frameworks using Playwright.
- Develop and execute automated test scripts for web applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Identify, record, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Perform regression testing and ensure the stability of applications after changes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior QA team members.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
- Understanding of web technologies and APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus but not mandatory.
Experience: 3-5 years in QA automation engineering, with a focus on web applications.
