The team is seeking a Senior Associate for their MDM Operations team. This role involves managing and optimizing Master Data Management processes to ensure data integrity and consistency across various systems. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the firm's investment strategies through effective data governance and management practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards and governance policies.
- Analyze data quality issues and implement corrective actions to enhance data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to data management processes and standards.
- Provide training and support to team members on MDM tools and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- 5-8 years of experience in Master Data Management or related fields.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies; experience with data analytics is desirable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
