The team is seeking a Senior/Associate Lead/Lead/Manager - Software Engineer to join their team in Chennai Sholinganallur. This is a work-from-office position aimed at immediate joiners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a passion for creating user-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand customer requirements, use cases, and pain points to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software applications using appropriate technologies, frameworks, and methodologies such as Agile.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in IT, with at least 4 years in software development.
- Proficiency in Java, Angular, PostgreSQL, Spring Boot, and GCP.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.
