About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Associate for Application Onboarding within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The successful candidate will support the onboarding of applications into SailPoint IdentityNow by gathering pre-onboarding information, preparing documentation, and assisting with technical deployment activities. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless transition of applications into Business As Usual (BAU) operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project teams, senior analysts, application owners, and IT stakeholders to facilitate the onboarding process.
- Gather and analyze pre-onboarding information to ensure all necessary data is collected.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to application onboarding.
- Assist in technical deployment activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Ensure consistent application onboarding processes and high-quality data management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the onboarding process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or similar IAM solutions.
- Proven track record in application onboarding and deployment processes.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with IAM concepts and technologies.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in application onboarding, IAM, or related fields.
