The team is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer specializing in GenAI Development. In this role, you will leverage best-in-class technologies to transform requirements into feature design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support. You will work as part of a collaborative Agile team within a SCRUM model, surrounded by talented engineers who are passionate about their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the conversion of requirements into effective feature designs.
- Implement, test, and deploy applications using Pega Infinity and Python.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Support and maintain existing applications while optimizing performance.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles.
- Proficiency in Pega Application Development and Python.
- Experience working in Agile environments, particularly SCRUM.
- Ability to implement code that meets design specifications and performance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in application development and engineering.
