Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.
- Design and implement data models to optimize reporting and analytics.
- Utilize advanced analytics techniques to derive insights from complex data sets.
- Ensure data quality and integrity across all analytics initiatives.
- Create and maintain documentation for data processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data warehousing solutions.
- Strong experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in analytics engineering or a related field.
