The team is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant specializing in Looker and Business Intelligence (BI) to join their remote-first team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their analytics needs and develop tailored BI solutions.
- Design and implement Looker dashboards and reports to visualize data effectively.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate data from various sources, including Snowflake and AWS.
- Provide training and support to clients on BI tools and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and BI.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with Looker and BI tools.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake.
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in analytics consulting or a related field, with a focus on BI solutions.
