The team is seeking a Senior Analyst specializing in SAP HCM to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing human capital management processes, ensuring efficient implementation and maintenance of SAP HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance HCM modules.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
- Stay updated on SAP HCM best practices and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in SAP HCM analysis and implementation.
- Strong understanding of SAP HCM modules, including Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
