The team is seeking a Senior Analyst for IT Sourcing and Vendor Management to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing sourcing strategies that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT vendor management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and drive value through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for IT services and products.
- Manage relationships with key vendors to ensure performance and compliance with contracts.
- Analyze market trends and vendor capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT sourcing needs.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for vendor-related risks.
- Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and sourcing initiatives to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT sourcing, vendor management, or procurement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
