The team is seeking a Senior Analyst in Identity and Access Management to join their expanding global technology capabilities at their new IT Innovation Hub in Pune, India. This role is critical in strengthening the technology foundation that supports business operations worldwide. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with teams across various regions to deliver reliable and high-quality identity and access management solutions at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement identity and access management policies and procedures.
- Analyze and assess current IAM processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and respond to IAM incidents and issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Conduct regular audits of access controls and user permissions.
- Provide training and support to staff on IAM best practices and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in identity and access management or a related area.
- Strong knowledge of IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Identity Manager).
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
