The team is seeking a Senior Analyst Developer to support the role requirements of senior developers within the Analyst Developer job family. This position serves as a launching pad for transitioning into more senior roles, both in individual contributor and leadership capacities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in meeting delivery obligations to customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with analyst testers to create user story definitions and acceptance criteria.
- Utilize your knowledge of software development to contribute to analysis and design activities.
- Engage in coding, testing, and debugging tasks to ensure high-quality software solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Support project management in tracking progress and reporting on deliverables.
- Assist in mentoring junior developers and sharing best practices within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in software development and analysis.
