The team is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Scientist to join their team. In this role, you will be a core member of client engagement teams, leading sophisticated analytics workstreams and owning the development of high-impact analytical deliverables. You will leverage your advanced analytical, coding, and modeling skills to solve complex business problems for life sciences clients, while also contributing to methodological best practices across the data analytics team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of complex analytical projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Utilize advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to support commercial analytics initiatives.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of analytical deliverables.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the life sciences industry is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field.
