About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Platform Engineer to serve as a technical leader and architect responsible for designing, building, and evolving the team enterprise AI Platform. This role will provide architecture leadership across the AI platform stack, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop the architecture for the AI platform, focusing on both the Experience Plane and Control Plane.
- Lead the development of AI developer experience tools, including SDKs, AI Studio, agent builder frameworks, and developer portals.
- Implement AI governance and compliance measures to ensure ethical and responsible use of AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI platform architecture and development.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in AI platform engineering or a related field.
