The team is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer with a strong background in GEO work. This role is crucial for developing and optimizing AI-driven search interfaces and generative search experiences. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in rank modeling and a deep understanding of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Search Generative Experience (SGE).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced AI/ML models for search optimization.
- Conduct rank modeling specifically tailored for GEO applications.
- Optimize AI-driven search interfaces and conversational queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience through generative search technologies.
- Engage in hands-on prompt engineering to improve model performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rank modeling for GEO.
- At least 5 years of experience in GEO, AEO, or SGE.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and tools.
- Proven ability to work with large datasets and complex algorithms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years in AI/ML engineering with a focus on GEO.
