About this role
We are seeking a Senior AI/GenAI Engineer to join the team team on a contract basis. This position is fully remote and offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects in the Generative AI space. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience in building and deploying production-grade Generative AI applications for enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Generative AI applications tailored for enterprise needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
- Optimize and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for performance and scalability.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to enhance AI capabilities.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Python development experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
- Solid understanding of RAG and related methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Experience:
- 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in AI/GenAI engineering.
