The team is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their dynamic team focused on developing innovative AI/ML solutions. This role involves working on a variety of projects across industries such as logistics, healthcare, and finance, with a strong emphasis on Document AI and LLM-based applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML models for document processing, including OCR for invoices, legal documents, and resumes.
- Develop large language model (LLM) applications, including intelligent search and summarization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create API-first SaaS products and on-premise enterprise solutions.
- Conduct research to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices in AI development.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI/ML development, with a strong portfolio of projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with document processing technologies and LLMs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI engineering or related fields.
