Security Engineer ll – Microsoft Sentinel SIEM

The team is seeking a skilled Security Engineer II with expertise in Microsoft Sentinel SIEM to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the security posture of the team by implementing and managing security solutions that detect, respond to, and mitigate threats effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Sentinel SIEM solutions to monitor and analyze security events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into existing systems and processes.
• Conduct threat hunting and incident response to identify and remediate security incidents.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Stay updated on the latest security threats and trends to enhance the security framework.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Sentinel SIEM and other security tools.
• Strong understanding of security frameworks and best practices.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with cloud security, particularly in Azure environments.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in security engineering or a related field.
