About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SDK Engineer with a strong background in TypeScript and JavaScript to design and develop an enterprise-grade Web Identity SDK. This SDK will be similar in nature to Auth0 SDKs and will be utilized by multiple web applications. This role is focused on backend SDK development rather than UI design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain the Web Identity SDK.
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the SDK across various applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Implement robust security measures and authentication protocols.
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation through CI/CD practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve the overall user experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a deep understanding of their internals.
- Experience in SDK or library development, particularly for enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of browser security and authentication mechanisms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and practices.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on SDK or library development.
