About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled Lead SDET Engineer to support their clients across multiple engagements and domains. This role is fully hands-on and central to their Quality Engineering services, driving excellence in automation, DevSecOps integration, and engineering-led testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation initiatives and ensure best practices in quality engineering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing within the development lifecycle.
- Design and implement automated test frameworks and tools.
- Mentor and guide junior SDET engineers in automation and testing strategies.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve software quality.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, or similar.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and testing principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in software development and testing, with a focus on automation.
