The team is seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for quality assurance in software development. You will be responsible for designing and implementing test strategies that ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and design test cases.
- Execute tests, analyze results, and report defects in a clear and concise manner.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to apply best practices in testing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, or Python.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and frameworks.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in software testing and automation.
