The team is seeking a highly skilled SDET Automation / Architect with extensive experience in designing and implementing automated testing solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java-based automation frameworks and hands-on experience with CI/CD integration, ensuring high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated test frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Analyze requirements and develop test strategies that align with project goals.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects effectively.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers in best practices for automation.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in QA automation with a focus on Java-based frameworks.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and practices.
- Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
- Familiarity with performance testing tools is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
- Minimum of 7 years in QA automation, with a focus on architecture and design.
