About this role
The team is seeking a highly skilled SDE3 - Full Stack Developer to be a strong technical contributor throughout the development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Node.js/NestJS and React/React Native, a deep understanding of microservices, and a knack for solving complex system challenges. You will be responsible for building and scaling high-quality, high-performance features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage in every stage of the development lifecycle, from design to production.
- Take ownership of the development process, ensuring high standards of code quality and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Node.js/NestJS and React/React Native.
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud services and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in full stack development.
