The team is seeking a passionate SDE Associate Instructor (FSD) to join their innovative team. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring the next generation of software developers. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in Full Stack Development, ensuring that students gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging course content on Full Stack Development, including both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Mentor and support students through hands-on projects and coding exercises.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with faculty and industry professionals to ensure curriculum relevance and alignment with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development to continuously improve course offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Full Stack Development, including proficiency in languages and frameworks such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, and databases.
- Previous teaching or mentoring experience in a technical field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students.
- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Full Stack technologies.
