About this role
The team is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer (SDE-3) to lead the design and delivery of exceptional user experiences across their product suite. This role goes beyond execution, as you will be responsible for shaping frontend architecture, establishing engineering standards, and integrating an AI-native perspective into interface development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces for web applications.
- Define and enforce frontend architecture and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on frontend technologies and practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance product offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools (e.g., Jest, Cypress).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality user interfaces.
