About this role
The team is seeking a talented SDE-2 (Frontend Engineer) to join their dynamic team. This role is crucial in developing and enhancing their cross-border payment platform, which serves merchants in over 70 markets. You will be responsible for creating user-friendly interfaces and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance.
- Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend development.
