About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SDE 2 - Android to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-quality, scalable mobile experiences for users. You will be responsible for both native Android development and contributing to React Native codebases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of high-quality Android applications.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to define and design user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and fix bugs, and optimize applications for maximum speed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong background in native Android development.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and Java.
- Experience with React Native.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and mobile application architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Android development.
