About this role
We are seeking an experienced Scrum of Scrum Master (SoS) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple Scrum teams within the organization, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the focal point for communication and coordination between multiple Scrum teams.
- Identify and mitigate any issues or dependencies between Scrum teams.
- Facilitate the Scrum of Scrums meetings to promote transparency and alignment.
- Coach Scrum Masters and teams on best practices and Agile methodologies.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices throughout the organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum of Scrum Master or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with tools such as Jira or Trello for project management.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, SAFe Agilist) are a plus.
Experience: 8-15 years in Agile project management and Scrum practices.
