About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager with strong expertise in Agile Scrum practices, Project Lifecycle (PLC), HDLC lifecycle management, and Telecom program delivery. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage end-to-end project execution, ensure timely delivery, and act as a bridge between business stakeholders, users, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience with Telecom program delivery and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in project management and Agile practices.
