About this role
The team is seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join their IT team. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices and ensure the successful delivery of projects that enhance patient care and operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure Agile principles are followed.
- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and promote a culture of accountability.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an IT environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position.
