About this role
The team is seeking a Scrum Master Contractor to join their Enterprise Data & AI Solutions – Shared Services Program. This role is pivotal in supporting two global data teams: Data Quality and Data Catalog & Discovery. The Scrum Master will facilitate Agile practices, coordinate cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, and ensure effective delivery across multiple initiatives within the data domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for both the Data Quality and Data Catalog & Discovery teams.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Support teams in identifying and resolving impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance within the teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment, preferably in data or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Scrum Master roles, with a focus on data solutions or technology projects.
