About this role
The team is seeking an experienced and dedicated Scrum Master to join their team and help drive the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile principles and excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration among team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with product owners to define project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with timelines and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field (BCA, MCA, BTech).
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP) are a plus.
Experience required: 3-7 years in a Scrum Master role or similar.
