About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to nurture self-organizing, high-performing teams through servant leadership and mentoring. The ideal candidate will facilitate essential Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product and Portfolio teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Stakeholder Demos, and Sprint Retrospectives.
- Participate in Release Planning with Product & Portfolio teams.
- Conduct team assessments to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Help teams improve their velocity and throughput.
- Mentor team members on Agile practices and principles to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in this role.
- Certified SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years working as a Scrum Master or Agile Manager in an IT environment.
