About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and orchestrate the software development lifecycle for their enterprise CRM SaaS platform. This role is critical in managing a fast-paced development environment where multiple change requests, enhancements, bug fixes, and client-specific customizations are delivered continuously. You will serve as the bridge between the development team, clients, and leadership, ensuring smooth execution, on-time delivery, and optimal resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
- Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance their performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position.
