About this role
The team is seeking an Associate Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in Agile environments and a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Manage the product backlog using Jira, ensuring tasks are prioritized and tracked effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Jira.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is an advantage.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
