About this role
The team is seeking a dedicated Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within an Agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Support and coach team members in Agile methodologies and practices.
- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.
- Work with distributed teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Proficient in Agile tools, particularly Azure DevOps.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work with distributed teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) is preferred.
- Good to have experience in software development or a technical background.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
