About this role
The team is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Scrum Master to join their team in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will excel in achieving broadly communicated objectives with minimal supervision, providing effective collaboration, facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills to the agile development process and application delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Enforce agile principles and practices within the team and organization.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and promote a culture of empowerment.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure a well-defined backlog and clear requirements.
- Coach team members on agile methodologies and foster continuous improvement.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence to manage workflow and documentation.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Experience with AI tools to support agile processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
