About this role
The team is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Scrum Master to join their team in India, specifically in Bengaluru, Chennai, or Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to achieve broadly communicated objectives with minimal supervision. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in facilitating collaboration, leadership, and coaching within the agile development process, ensuring the effective delivery of applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Remove impediments that may hinder the team's progress and promote a culture of empowerment.
- Enforce agile principles and practices to enhance team performance and productivity.
- Coach team members on agile methodologies and best practices.
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence to track progress and manage workflows.
- Leverage AI tools to improve processes and enhance team efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment (5-7 years).
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Proficiency in using Jira, Azure DevOps, and Confluence.
- Experience with AI tools and their application in project management.
- Excellent facilitation, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
