Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach teams on Scrum methodology and agile practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog.
- Remove impediments that hinder team progress and productivity.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a technical environment.
- Deep understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive change.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are a plus.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in a Scrum Master role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
