About this role
The team is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will facilitate Agile practices and ensure the successful delivery of projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and coach teams in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and promote a collaborative environment.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
- Monitor and report on team performance and project progress.
- Foster a culture of transparency and accountability within the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) are preferred.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in Agile project management and Scrum methodologies.
