About this role
As a Scrum Master at the team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and coaching our software development team. You will be the go-to person for applying Scrum principles to ensure high-quality work. Your responsibilities will include managing timelines, resolving issues, and coaching team members on Agile methodologies. Ultimately, you will help create self-organizing teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage each sprint cycle, ensuring that all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove obstacles that hinder the team's progress and ensure a smooth workflow.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product owners to ensure clear communication of project goals and priorities.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software development environments.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar position.
