The team is seeking an experienced SAP UK Payroll Consultant to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering payroll solutions that meet the needs of diverse clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP Payroll solutions tailored to UK requirements.
- Provide expert advice on payroll best practices and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payroll systems with other HR and financial systems.
- Conduct user training sessions and create documentation for end-users.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll legislation and SAP updates to ensure continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP Payroll, specifically in a UK context.
- In-depth knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and related modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Payroll consulting, with a focus on UK payroll solutions.
