About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP Technical RFP Writer to support the preparation of high-quality RFP, RFI, RFQ, and proposal responses for SAP implementation, transformation, AMS, and staffing opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP technologies and excellent writing skills to convey complex technical information clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review RFP requirements, scope, evaluation criteria, and compliance requirements.
- Develop technical and functional proposal responses in collaboration with SAP Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
- Prepare solution approaches, methodologies, project plans, delivery models, and resource allocations.
- Ensure all proposals meet client expectations and adhere to deadlines.
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and SAP solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in writing technical RFPs and proposals, specifically for SAP projects.
- Strong knowledge of SAP technologies and implementation processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in SAP proposal writing or related fields.
