About this role
The team is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off Consultant to design and implement solutions related to time tracking and employee time off management. This role will involve working closely with the HR and IT teams to ensure a seamless integration of the SuccessFactors modules into existing systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking and Time Off solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead the migration of employee time data into the SuccessFactors system.
- Provide support and training to end-users on the new systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to time tracking and time off functionalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding employee time management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Time Tracking and Time Off modules.
- Proficient in Employee Central and related functionalities.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience in managing offshore delivery teams is a plus.
Experience:
- 5-9 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and configurations.
