The team is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP HCM Payroll Architect to join their team. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes and the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide expert guidance on payroll best practices and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processing and system performance.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and support staff.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SuccessFactors developments and enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and SAP HCM Payroll.
- Proven track record of successful payroll implementations in diverse environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience:
- 12-14 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
