The team is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant with 5-10 years of experience to join their team. This role involves providing both functional and technical consultation on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, focusing on global core HR and organizational management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and consultation on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Configure and maintain the foundational elements of the Employee Central module.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Support the implementation and integration of Employee Central with other HR modules.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for end-users and HR teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Employee Central functionalities.
- Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors releases and enhancements.
